The Diet Solution has several components that work together, all included and explained in detail in the Program Manual.

- The Diet Solution is based on understanding three food principles (the program makes this easy) – which foods accelerate fat burning, which foods prevent fat burning and the right for permanent weight loss and optimum health.
- The principles – and how to apply them – are explained step-by-step in the very easy-to-read Diet Solution Program Manual.
- In a nutshell, the Program steers you clear of sugar and processed foods towards eating the right kinds of carbs, proteins and fats, delivered in all natural and ideally organic foods.
- However it is not a “low-carb”, ‘high-protein" or “low-fat” diet plan, and does not involve any complicated calculations of what or how much you eat.
- The program is also fine-tuned to suit your individual “metabolic type.” A Metabolic Typing Test is included in the Program. It’s easy to complete and tells you exactly which foods best suit your metabolic type.
- The principles are incorporated into simple, healthy meals that do not involve unusual or unhealthy food restrictions. Serving sizes are generous, designed to leave you feeling satisfied.
- 60 days worth of “Completely Done for You” meal plans are included in the Program. The meal plans are “ready-to-go” with serving sizes already calculated – just prepare and eat.
- The “done for you” meal plans let you get started quickly and easily but the program also teaches you how to create your own meal plans.
- The Diet Solution Program has both slow and quick-start options.
- You can start to lose weight gradually, by adopting just one principle at a time, or use the Quick-Start Guide (included) if you want to get started as soon as possible.
- Exercise is recommended but The Diet Solution Program works without exercise too.
