			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the main reasons that weight loss diet plans fail is that many people don’t time to follow them – to create the “correct” meal plans each day. Most of us lead busy lives and are pressed for time, or simply too tired for the chore of meal planning.</p>
<p>Creating daily diet meal plans is especially tricky when following a <em>healthy</em> weight loss diet plan. We have to think that bit more about what we buy and what we eat.</p>
<p>One option to make life easier is to choose a healthy weight loss diet with meals plans included, to get you started. Even so, at some point you’ll need to go it alone. Knowing how to make your own healthy diet meal plans is the key to permanent weight loss.</p>
<p>Here are some simple tips on healthy diet meal planning, to help it become easy and second nature.</p>
<h2>Create a <em>Weekly</em> Diet Plan</h2>
<p>At the end of each week, perhaps when you have a few quiet minutes on a Sunday, take a few minutes to write down a diet meal plan for the whole upcoming week. Your weekly meal plan does not have to be highly-detailed or complicated. Just refer to your weight loss diet guide (and perhaps your weekly grocery store ads) and write down a week&#8217;s worth of meal plans. Then, tot up what you need and make a shopping list.</p>

<p>No matter what your days off are, you can get a lot of planning and preparation done on these days &#8211; in only a few minutes. Since you already know your diet menus for the next week, you can use spare time to prepare. For example, chop up the veggies you&#8217;ll be using in the next day or two, cook the hard boiled eggs for tomorrow&#8217;s menu, bake the chicken breast you&#8217;ll eat tomorrow, and so on. A great many items keep very well when made a few days in advance, or can be frozen, so use your time off to make your work days and following your diet plan, easier!</p>
<h2>Use your diet plan to zap cravings and unhealthy snack attacks</h2>
<p>Be realistic and include snacks as well as meals in your weekly diet plan. Have a list of small but satisfying snack, such as a palmful of almond or piece of fruit. When a hunger pang strike, you’ll be far less likely to browse through the kitchen and snack on anything in your line of vision.</p>
<p>Planning ahead and including favorite foods in your meal plans also reduces cravings. Instead of missing certain foods, you can look forward to them. Since cravings are one of the biggest diet pitfalls, you’ll be ahead of the game with this tip alone.</p>

<p>For an idea of the kind of menus a <em>good </em>healthy diet plan can provide, here’s a sample based on one of the meal plans included in the highly-nutritious Diet Solution Program. <h2>Healthy Lunch Menu</h2>
<p>For a delicious and very filling lunch:</p>

<li>Fill a large plate with mixed organic greens. Choices are nearly unlimited. Different types of lettuce, spinach, kale, or arugula are all good.</li>

<li>After you have enjoyed your salad, you can have a piece of fresh fruit for the perfect dessert.</li>

<h2>Healthy Dinner Menu</h2>
<p>Contrary to what many diet plans will have you believe, all bread is not bad for you. For dinner, try a healthy and filling BLT sandwich – a filling meal that is also going to help you to lose weight.</p>
<ul>
<li>Take a spelt tortilla or a couple of pieces of sprouted bread.</li>
<li> Prepare some bacon (the type that is free of nitrates and nitrites)</li>
<li> Add a few slices of ripe tomatoes and add some organically grown romaine lettuce.</li>

<p>While of course it’s not quite that simple (we wish!), these fat-burning diets do have one thing right. <strong>Certain foods are good fat burning foods</strong> – they <em>can</em> help you burn fat more quickly. But not all fat burning foods are created equal.</p>
<p>What they often forget to tell you is that <strong><em>natural and organic</em> fat burning food is the <em>best</em> fat burning food of all. </strong> Here’s why.</p>
<h2>Mass-produced, processed fat burning foods</h2>
<p>These days, virtually all the food available in local superstores, including food we think is good for us, has been mass produced and/or processed. Mass production exposes foods to potentially harmful and even toxic chemicals during a product’s critical growth phases.</p>
<p>For instance, to speed the growth of crops and make them more resistant to decay and pests, they are typically treated with a number of different chemicals. These chemicals have the unfortunate side effect of removing a good deal of their nutritional value. In the case of animals grown for meat, they are typically raised in much the same way. They are given hormones to make them grow faster, antibiotics to make them disease resistant, and possibly other chemicals that are absorbed into their body.</p>
<p>When you eat commercially-grown foods, you are going to be ingesting these hormones, antibiotics and chemicals.  Not only are you <em>not</em> getting all the original nutrients but you are now getting potentially dangerous other substances too.</p>
<p>When it comes to their fat burning properties, they are not as good as they should be. These unnatural additives and processes hamper the digestive process, making it a sluggish, inefficient process that burns up less calories. You can think of it pretty much like putting cheap and dirty oil into a finely-tuned engine.</p>
<h2>Natural organic fat burning foods</h2>
<p>Good fat burning foods are ones the body can digest and process super-efficiently, burning up lots of calories in the process. This means that the best fat burning foods are foods that match what our body is designed to process, and has been processing for many thousands of years. However, there are some factors which a lot of diets neglect to include, or fail to explain. For instance, why do they recommend or dismiss particular foods?</p>
<p>When you are trying to lose weight with a healthy diet, it is important to not only eat the proper foods, but to know <em>why</em> you are eating that way.  This will help you develop long-term healthy eating habits that will allow you to maintain your weight loss for a lifetime.</p>
<p>Here we look at salt, wheat, seeds and nuts, to help you understand the role they play in a healthy diet.</p>
<h2>Salt, now often referred to as &#8220;sodium&#8221;</h2>
<p>There&#8217;s been a great deal of publicity lately about the &#8220;evils&#8221; of salt &#8211; how too much salt contributes to high blood pressure and severe water retention. Many big food brands are now producing &#8220;low sodium&#8221; alternatives. That&#8217;s all well and good but there are dangers associated with consuming too little salt.</p>
<p>Salt is essential to the proper working of our bodies but the body is not capable of producing salt. The only way the body can get it is through what we eat.</p>
<p>So, if you are committed to reducing your salt intake, be sure not to take it too far &#8211; a healthy diet must include <em>some</em> salt.</p>
<p>You can also think about switching regular table salt for unrefined sea salt. Sea salt does not have the same damaging effects that table salt does, and eating it in moderation is actually good for you.</p>
<h2>The Truth About Whole Wheat</h2>
<p>Whole wheat bread has achieved a reputation as a healthy choice that is far better for you than plain white bread. Actually, this is far from the truth &#8211; the two breads have essentially the same effects. They load your body up with sugars, raise your blood sugar, and make you hang onto fat longer.</p>
<p>Whole wheat flour is actually a highly processed product, which means that many of the nutrients that it originally contained are no longer present by the time you are eating your whole wheat toast.</p>
<p>Sprouted bread is a much better alternative. When the grain is sprouted the nutrient levels are raised, phytic acid is broken down (you never want phytic acid in your bread since it prevents essential nutrient absorption), and the toxins are eliminated.</p>
<h2>Nuts and Seeds</h2>
<p>Many of the most effective healthy diets recommend raw sprouted nuts and seeds as snacks and supplements to dishes such as salads. Here&#8217;s why they recommend &#8220;sprouted&#8221; rather than regular versions.</p>
<p>Regular nuts and seeds are usually roasted. When they are roasted, the oil they contains quickly goes rancid. This sharply raises the level of free radicals they contain. Free radical molecules are extremely damaging to your body and have been linked to premature aging and certain types of cancer.</p>
<p>Raw <em>sprouted</em> nuts and seeds do not have the dangerous free radicals. They are also far more nutritious, making an excellent contribution to a healthy diet with no damaging downside.</p>
